توضّح هذه الصفحة المعلومات التي تجمعها «فكّر» («نحن») عند استخدامك لموقع fakkar.com، ولماذا نجمعها، وما الذي يمكنك فعله بشأنها. باختصار: نحتفظ فقط بما نحتاجه لتشغيل حسابك وألعابك، ولا نبيع معلوماتك أبداً.
من نحن
يدير موقع «فكّر» محمد ناصر، العراق. لأي سؤال يخص معلوماتك، راسلنا على mohammedk1204@gmail.com.
ما الذي نجمعه
- بيانات الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني والاسم الذي تكتبه. إذا سجّلت الدخول بحساب Google، نستلم أيضاً اسمك وصورتك الشخصية من Google.
- كلمة المرور: تُحفظ فقط بصيغة مشفّرة (مُجزّأة) لا يستطيع أحد قراءتها، ولا حتى نحن.
- نشاط اللعب: تاريخ انضمامك، وآخر زيارة لك، وعدد الألعاب التي لعبتها والمتبقية لك، والفئات التي اخترتها في كل لعبة.
- المدفوعات: عند شرائك ألعاباً، نسجّل عدد الألعاب المضافة وملاحظة قصيرة (مثل طريقة الدفع والمبلغ) لنطابق دفعتك. نحن لا نستلم أو نحفظ أرقام البطاقات أو كلمات مرور الحسابات المصرفية.
- على جهازك: يحتفظ متصفحك بتسجيل دخولك، واختيارك للغة والوضع الليلي/النهاري، واللعبة غير المكتملة حتى لا تضيع عند تحديث الصفحة. تبقى هذه البيانات على جهازك.
أسماء الفرق التي تكتبها أثناء اللعب تبقى على جهازك ولا تُرسل إلينا.
لماذا نستخدمها
- لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك والحفاظ على أمانه.
- لمنحك لعبتك المجانية، وإضافة الألعاب التي تشتريها، واستخدام لعبة في كل مرة تبدأ فيها لعبة.
- للرد على أسئلتك وحل مشكلات الدفع.
- لفهم كيفية استخدام اللعبة (مثل عدد اللاعبين) لنحسّنها.
من يتعامل معها أيضاً
- Supabase: تخزّن قاعدة بياناتنا وتدير تسجيل الدخول ورسائل الحساب.
- Netlify: تستضيف الموقع.
- GitHub: تحفظ نسخنا الاحتياطية الخاصة.
- Google Fonts: توفّر الخطوط المستخدمة في الموقع (يحمّلها متصفحك من Google).
- Google: فقط إذا اخترت «المتابعة باستخدام Google».
- خدمة الدفع التي تستخدمها للدفع لنا (مثل زين كاش أو المصرف العراقي الأول FIB) تتعامل مع دفعتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
قد تخزّن هذه الخدمات معلوماتك على خوادم خارج بلدك. نحن لا نبيع معلوماتك ولا نؤجّرها، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
مدة الاحتفاظ بها
نحتفظ بمعلومات حسابك طالما لديك حساب. عند حذف حسابك، تُحذف بياناتك وألعابك المتبقية وسجلّ ألعابك من قاعدة بياناتنا فوراً.
للحماية من فقدان البيانات، نحتفظ بنسخ احتياطية يومية خاصة تتضمن بيانات الحسابات (البريد الإلكتروني، والاسم، والألعاب المتبقية، وسجلّ الألعاب المضافة والمستخدمة). بعد حذف حسابك، قد تبقى بياناتك في هذه النسخ حتى تُستبدل مع الوقت. وقد نحتفظ لفترة أطول بالسجلات التي يلزمنا حفظها لأسباب قانونية أو محاسبية (مثل المدفوعات).
خياراتك
- احذف حسابك في أي وقت: من داخل اللعبة افتح حسابي ← حذف حسابي. لا يمكن التراجع عن ذلك، وتضيع أي ألعاب غير مستخدمة.
- للاطلاع على معلوماتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها: راسلنا على mohammedk1204@gmail.com من البريد المسجّل في حسابك، وسنساعدك.
الأطفال
«فكّر» لعبة معلومات للجميع من عمر 9 سنوات فما فوق. مقدّم اللعبة فقط يحتاج إلى حساب، ولا يقدّم بقية اللاعبين أي معلومات لنا.
إذا كان عمرك أقل من 13 سنة (أو أقل من سن الموافقة الرقمية في بلدك)، فيجب أن يُنشئ أحد الوالدين أو ولي الأمر الحساب لك أو يأذن لك بإنشائه، وأن يتولى أي عمليات شراء. إذا كنت أحد الوالدين وتعتقد أن طفلك قدّم لنا معلومات دون إذنك، تواصل معنا وسنحذفها.
التغييرات
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة، سنحدّث التاريخ في الأعلى، وسنعلن عن التغييرات الكبيرة في الموقع.
في حال وجود أي اختلاف بين النسختين العربية والإنجليزية من هذه السياسة، تُعتمد النسخة العربية.
Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Fakkar ("we") collects when you use fakkar.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. In short: we only keep what we need to run your account and your games, and we never sell your information.
Who we are
Fakkar is run by Mohammed Nasser, Iraq. For any question about your information, contact us at mohammedk1204@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and the name you enter. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name and profile picture from Google.
- Your password: stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form that nobody, including us, can read.
- Game activity: when you joined, when you last visited, how many games you have played and have left, and which categories you chose for each game.
- Payments: when you buy games, we record how many games were added and a short note (for example the payment method and amount) so we can match your payment. We do not receive or store card numbers or bank passwords.
- On your device: your browser keeps your sign-in, your language and light/dark mode choice, and an unfinished game so a refresh doesn't lose it. This stays on your device.
Team names you type during a game stay on your device and are not sent to us.
Why we use it
- To create your account, sign you in and keep it secure.
- To give you your free game, add games you buy, and use one each time you start a game.
- To answer your questions and sort out payment issues.
- To understand how the game is used (for example, how many people play) so we can improve it.
Who else handles it
- Supabase stores our database and handles sign-in and account emails.
- Netlify hosts the website.
- GitHub stores our private backup copies.
- Google Fonts provides the fonts the site uses (your browser loads them from Google).
- Google, only if you choose "Continue with Google".
- The payment service you use to pay us (for example ZainCash or FIB) handles your payment under its own privacy policy.
These services may store your information on servers outside your country. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, your details, games left and game history are deleted from our live database right away.
To protect against data loss, we keep private daily backup copies, which include account details (email, name, games left and the history of games added or used). After you delete your account, your details can remain in these backups until they are replaced over time. Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (for example payments) may be kept longer.
Your choices
- Delete your account at any time: in the game, open My account → Delete my account. This can't be undone, and any unused games are lost.
- See, correct or delete your information: email us at mohammedk1204@gmail.com from the email address on your account, and we'll help.
Children
Fakkar is a knowledge game for everyone aged 9 and up. Only the person hosting the game needs an account; the other players don't give us any information.
If you are under 13 (or under the age of digital consent where you live), a parent or guardian must create the account for you, or give you permission to create it, and must make any purchases. If you are a parent and believe your child gave us information without your permission, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be announced on the site.
If the Arabic and English versions of this policy differ, the Arabic version applies.
