شروط الاستخدام

يدير موقع «فكّر» على fakkar.com محمد ناصر، العراق («نحن»). بإنشائك حساباً أو لعبك «فكّر»، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها، فيرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.
من يمكنه استخدام «فكّر»
- «فكّر» لعبة معلومات للجميع من عمر 9 سنوات فما فوق.
- إذا كان عمرك أقل من 13 سنة (أو أقل من سن الموافقة الرقمية في بلدك)، فيجب أن يُنشئ أحد الوالدين أو ولي الأمر الحساب أو يأذن لك بإنشائه، وأن يوافق على هذه الشروط نيابةً عنك.
- من هم دون 18 سنة يحتاجون إلى أحد الوالدين أو ولي الأمر لإجراء أي عملية شراء.
حسابك
- تحتاج إلى حساب لبدء لعبة (مقدّم اللعبة فقط يحتاج حساباً). يرجى استخدام بريد إلكتروني حقيقي يمكنك الوصول إليه.
- حافظ على سرية كلمة مرورك، فأنت مسؤول عمّا يحدث في حسابك.
- تُمنح لعبة مجانية واحدة لكل حساب جديد. لا يُسمح بإنشاء حسابات إضافية للحصول على ألعاب مجانية أكثر، وقد تُحذف مثل هذه الحسابات.
الألعاب والمدفوعات
- كل لعبة تبدأها تستخدم لعبة واحدة من حسابك، وتُحتسب بمجرد بدء اللعبة حتى لو غادرت مبكراً.
- يمكنك شراء ألعاب إضافية باستخدام طرق الدفع المعروضة في شاشة احصل على ألعاب إضافية. تُضاف الألعاب إلى حسابك بعد تأكيدنا للدفع.
- تُعرض الأسعار قبل الدفع وقد تتغير مستقبلاً، ولا تؤثر التغييرات على الألعاب الموجودة لديك.
- الألعاب التي تشتريها مخصصة للعب «فكّر» فقط، وليس لها قيمة نقدية ولا يمكن نقلها إلى حساب آخر.
- إذا حدث خطأ (مثلاً دفعت ولم تصلك ألعابك، أو تعذّر بدء لعبة بسبب مشكلة من جهتنا)، تواصل معنا وسنصلح الأمر بإضافة الألعاب الناقصة أو، عند الاقتضاء، بإعادة المبلغ إليك.
- تضيع الألعاب غير المستخدمة إذا حذفت حسابك.
الاستخدام العادل
- لا تحاول تعطيل الموقع أو إثقاله أو تجاوز أنظمة الحماية فيه، أو الوصول إلى المحتوى دون بدء لعبة.
- لا تنسخ الأسئلة وتنشرها في مكان آخر.
- قد نوقف الحسابات التي تخالف هذه القواعد.
محتوى اللعبة
نبذل جهدنا لتكون الأسئلة والأجوبة دقيقة، لكن قد تحدث أخطاء. اللعبة للترفيه، ومقدّم اللعبة هو من يقرر من أجاب إجابة صحيحة. تشير أسماء الفئات وشعاراتها إلى مسلسلات وأفلام وألعاب وعلامات تجارية مملوكة لأصحابها، ولا ترتبط «فكّر» بها.
توفّر الخدمة
نحرص على أن تعمل «فكّر» بسلاسة، لكن لا يمكننا أن نضمن أن تكون متاحة دائماً أو خالية من الأخطاء. قد نغيّر الميزات أو نضيف ميزات جديدة مع الوقت.
المسؤولية
تُقدَّم «فكّر» «كما هي». وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام الموقع. لا شيء في هذه الشروط يحدّ من حقوقك القانونية التي لا يجوز الحدّ منها.
التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسنغيّر التاريخ في الأعلى. استمرارك في استخدام «فكّر» يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.
القانون المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق. إذا ظهرت أي مشكلة، يرجى التواصل معنا أولاً، فمعظم المشكلات يمكن حلها بسرعة.
في حال وجود أي اختلاف بين النسختين العربية والإنجليزية من هذه الشروط، تُعتمد النسخة العربية.

Fakkar at fakkar.com is run by Mohammed Nasser, Iraq ("we"). By creating an account or playing Fakkar, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can use Fakkar
- Fakkar is a knowledge game for everyone aged 9 and up.
- If you are under 13 (or under the age of digital consent where you live), a parent or guardian must create the account or give you permission, and must agree to these terms for you.
- Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to make purchases.
Your account
- You need an account to start a game (only the host needs one). Please use a real email address you can access.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens with your account.
- One free game is given per new account. Creating extra accounts to get more free games isn't allowed, and such accounts may be removed.
Games and payments
- Each game you start uses one game from your account. It's used as soon as the game begins, even if you leave early.
- You can buy more games using the payment options shown on the Get more games screen. Games are added to your account after we confirm your payment.
- Prices are shown before you pay and may change in the future. Changes don't affect games you already have.
- Games you buy are for playing Fakkar only. They have no cash value and can't be transferred to another account.
- If something goes wrong (for example, you paid but didn't receive your games, or a game couldn't start because of a problem on our side), contact us and we'll fix it by adding the missing games or, where appropriate, refunding you.
- Unused games are lost if you delete your account.
Fair use
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security, or access content without starting a game.
- Don't copy the questions and publish them elsewhere.
- We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
The game content
We work hard to keep questions and answers accurate, but mistakes can happen. The game is for fun, and the host decides who got each answer right. Category names and logos refer to shows, films, games and brands owned by their respective owners; Fakkar isn't affiliated with them.
Availability
We try to keep Fakkar running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or add features over time.
Liability
Fakkar is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and continuing to use Fakkar means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. If a problem comes up, please contact us first. Most issues can be sorted out quickly.
If the Arabic and English versions of these terms differ, the Arabic version applies.
